As a former United States Marine Corps Officer and FBI SWAT Assistant Team Leader, I learned that pressure reveals character — and standards determine outcomes. Leadership wasn’t optional. Accountability wasn’t negotiable. Performance mattered. Today, I bring that same standard into the world of fitness and transformation. I am an ISSA Certified Nutrition and Training Coach with over seven years of experience helping individuals build stronger bodies and stronger minds. As a Men’s Physique athlete, I don’t just coach the lifestyle — I live it daily. But what sets my coaching apart isn’t just programming or meal plans - It’s people. I specialize in mindset recalibration — helping individuals break self-sabotaging patterns and rebuild belief systems that produce sustainable results. Because real transformation isn’t about a 12-week challenge. It’s about identity change. Fitness, to me, is a vehicle. It builds discipline. It builds confidence. It builds resilience.
